pushed through on June 28 of this year. It was a warm afternoon and they were scheduled for the 3 pm slot. There was a 2 pm wedding when we were there because as wedding coordinators we should be ahead at least an hour before the wedding. There were some members of the entourage around so we gathered them in the intended waiting room with selected guests.

Exactly 3 pm when the ceremony started at San Sebastian Church and felt the solemnity inside the majestic  quaint church interiors with the subdued chandelier light around the tall ceilings of pure brown iron.

The bride chose her favorite music, “Beautiful Days” as she walked down the aisles with the Augustine Music Classical Trio who did sublimely.

And the touching “Song of Ruth” for the offertory followed by “You Raise Me Up” for the communion. And the most requested song “Ikaw” was performed for the pictorial. The ceremony was smoothly carried thru with the help of the church coordinators who were really very concerned.

When the guests arrived at the reception, we gathered them for some cocktails at the garden of Oasis as the wedding musicians started to play some romantic music to set the mood. Around 5 pm when the reception program started and did the first segment with gusto then the host provided by the caterer did the rest. Their guest list of 300 arrived almost filling the whole of The Pavillon with, at least a space for program activities

The final touches of the show were carried first by DJ Jeff playing the “The Last Time” for their traditional dance as they opted for the cd, then put music when they had the superb fireworks that lasted for 15 minutes, I guessed to end the show.  Then party time for the guests to unwind with music, drinks and dance.

We enjoyed our time with Emir and Cecille and saw to it that everything went right. They are very relaxing young couple to be with and no inhibitions at all. And they have a wonderful daughter, so adorable and took some pictures for posting. She looks like my grandson – the eyes, the color, the face. Only my grandson is a boy.

The fun lasted until closing time and most of the guests stayed to  celebrate with the newly-weds who were really ecstatic. For sure, this special wedding event will always be remembered.
